Social isolation resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic (SARS-CoV-2) led to a significant increase in sedentary behavior among the population. In this context, the development of tools to encourage physical activity is essential to support both individuals and health professionals. Technological advances have enabled the creation of mobile applications aimed at monitoring health and physical exercise. This study aimed to describe the development process of a physical assessment application, designed to assist researchers and Physical Education professionals in measuring and monitoring physical training. It is a descriptive qualitative study, conducted on a free developer platform, using block-based programming logic and the JavaScript language. The first prototype included features such as heart rate measurement, anthropometric calculations, and the integration of the Borg Scale, Dyspnea Scale, and the Brief Pain Inventory. After modifications, a simplified interface was obtained, resulting in the second prototype, which constituted the final version, developed incrementally with greater efficiency and agility. This study systematically describes the development process and functionalities of the application, which emerges as a promising tool for physical assessment and health monitoring. However, further research is needed to validate the system, optimize its functionalities, and evaluate its practical impact.
