Supervised Stage: Fundamental to Professional Growth

The concepts of supervised internship supports the context about the knowledge acquired through practice with the theory studied, serving triad educational experience (teaching, research and extension). The goal is to present the relevance of the supervised internship as continuing training and, as a mediator (teacher-supervisor) should encourage professional on their research and critical analysis in the teaching-learning process through the stage. However, this study seeks to emphasize the supervised internship for teacher training, assuming the stage permeates the curriculum in vocational training. This text aims to present a theoretical discussion from ramming of authors about the relevance of the training course for training of teacher and teacher. From ramming theorists, this discussion tries to understand the need for the stage as strengthening professional training.Downloads
