Abstract

Usando-se o caminho virtual da nova reconfiguração da realidade educativa, à Internet, apresentamos a redação deste artigo como etapa inicial do projeto de extensão e pesquisa “Arte: conhecimento, linguagem e expressãoâ€,desenvolvido nos 7Ëš período do Curso de Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio Integrado em Serviços de Alimentação na Modalidade de Educação de Jovens e Adultos. Considerou-se que na instrução do jovem e adulto é preciso confrontar a teoria e a prática, como também, ressaltar no educando, a sua capacidade de aprender, descobrir, criar soluções, desafiar, enfrentar, propor e assumir as consequências de sua escolha. Desse modo, buscaram-se subsídios na metodologia científica e na pesquisa bibliográfica.
