IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE METABÓLITOS ANTIOXIDANTES EM FRAÇÕES VEGETAIS DE AMEIXA PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE FITOCOSMÉTICO

Pesquisas relacionadas ao retardo do envelhecimento da pele a partir de fitonutrientes presentes no extrato vegetal compreendem uma amplitude bastante significativa. Nessa etapa, a cosmetologia moderna tem procurado a fabricação de cosméticos com alta capacidade de prevenir e aumentar as barreiras de proteção natural da pele, voltando-se para os antioxidantes naturais de extratos de plantas devido à sua baixa toxicidade em relação aos antioxidantes sintéticos. Estudos recentes têm demonstrado uma variedade de substâncias presentes na ameixa, como os compostos fenólicos, aos quais são atribuÃdas as propriedades antioxidantes. Neste sentido, o presente estudo sustenta-se em uma identificação de metabolitos antoxidantes na ameixa e por meio de técnicas fitocosméticas, desenvolver uma formulação cosmetológica pela incorporação do extrato de ameixa, compreendendo as caracterÃsticas antioxidantes no combate aos radicais livres.Downloads
