For this purpose, we rely in authors such Belloni (1999) and Knowles (1980), amongst others to specific analyze this in an environment of Informatics Basic course, taught in distance to teachers employed by Minas Gerais state in public schools. The analysis was performed from the selfassessment questionnaire at the end of the course, linking it to some concepts of distance education. Results indicated that the profile of students was responsible for the motivational factor throughout the course. Such information favored the implementation of strategies for learning, and allows greater efficiency in the process from planning to development, considering also the type and language of teaching materials.Downloads
