Estratégias inovadoras no processo de ensino-aprendizagem à luz da avaliação de desempenho: Uma aplicação do ProKnow-C

Objetivo: Analisar as características de artigos científicos que representam o fragmento da literatura sobre Avaliação de Desempenho da inovação no processo ensino-aprendizagem, com o intuito de identificar lacunas a serem preenchidas por futuras pesquisas e evidenciar contribuições para a área. Metodologia: O estudo utilizou o Knowledge Development Process-Constructivist (ProKnow-C) como instrumento metodológico, o qual auxiliou na seleção de um portfólio bibliográfico, além de realizar análise bibliométrica, análise sistêmica, elaboração de um mapa da literatura e a formulação de uma pergunta de pesquisa. Resultados: Os resultados indicaram que os processos de gestão refletem no ensino-aprendizagem dos alunos. Constatou-se que a inovação é mais eficaz quando os valores e percepções dos decisores escolares são incluídos nos modelos de gestão de cada organização. Conclusões: A pesquisa conclui que a inclusão dos decisores nos processos de gestão do ensino-aprendizagem é fundamental para alcançar os objetivos educacionais e inovar de maneira mais eficaz.
