RECURSOS EDUCACIONAIS ABERTOS: REFLEXÕES SOBRE AS POSSIBILIDADES ATUAIS NO ENSINO DE LÍNGUA INGLESA MEDIANTE A INFLEXIBILIDADE DA LEI 9.610 DO DIREITO AUTORAL

Resumo

As Novas Tecnologias têm permitido uma revolução informacional por meio de diferentes possibilidades de interação como artigos científicos, filmes, músicas, imagens, e outros. Colaborações e remixagens são termos que designam as novas práticas pertinentes na utilização do ambiente em rede, mas essas integram, na maioria das vezes, o infringimento dos direitos de autoria. E o que argumentar no tocante ao processo de ensinoaprendizagem mediado pelas inovações tecnológicas e midiáticas? Esse artigo propõe-se a refletir sobre o uso de tecnologias digitais no ensino, na utilização de recursos abertos como maneira de fazer reeducar nossas posturas mediante o direito autoral vigente. Fundamentamos esse artigo em: Kenski (2003); Lemos (2005); Brasil (1998); dentre outros. Em nossas reflexões, concordamos que a lei 9,610 é infringida. Na verdade, é uma lei em desuso, pois pouco reflete os usos contemporâneos que fazemos das informações online. Uma alternativa seria o uso de recursos educacionais abertos e de licenças flexíveis como as Creative Commons, mas são raros os profissionais da educação que conhecem essas possibilidades legais.
