Identificação dos Stakeholders da Indústria da Construção com Base em Valores Governantes: Uma Análise de Conteúdo de Entrevistas Semiestruturadas

A criação de valor é o aspecto mais importante da gestão de stakeholders. Na indústria da construção, é implementada em um mundo com múltiplos stakeholders, cada um com interesses e objetivos diversos. Portanto, a pesquisa atual visa identificar os stakeholders da indústria da construção com base nos valores que os regem. Esta pesquisa foi realizada com uma abordagem qualitativa utilizando análise de conteúdo, e as ferramentas de coleta de dados foram revisão de literatura e entrevistas semiestruturadas. Entrevistas semiestruturadas foram realizadas com 18 especialistas na indústria da construção para realizar a pesquisa atual. Os dados obtidos foram codificados utilizando o método de análise de conteúdo e as principais categorias foram validadas após consulta a especialistas no assunto e entrevistas exploratórias com amostras direcionadas selecionadas pelo método de bola de neve, atingindo o nível de saturação. Com base nos resultados, códigos abertos foram extraídos e, após a combinação dos códigos, 10 subtemas e 5 temas principais foram identificados como o framework para identificar os stakeholders da indústria da construção com base nos valores predominantes. Sugere-se a utilização deste framework, que é apresentado com base nos valores predominantes dos stakeholders, para identificar os stakeholders desde cedo, como desempenham seus papéis e como gerenciá-los em projetos de construção.Referências
