Resumo

O artigo enfatiza que a atividade profissional moderna exige o domínio não apenas de conhecimentos altamente especializados, mas também de soft skills. Observam-se as peculiaridades da sociedade moderna, que passou do estado VUCA para o estado BANI, ressaltando-se que ela implica em turbulência e imprevisibilidade ainda maiores do ambiente. Hoje, no mercado de trabalho, as “soft” skills desempenham um papel fundamental na atividade profissional. Portanto, a tarefa do ensino superior é formar um profissional capaz de se realizar nas condições de alta competição, o que exige a introdução de tecnologias educacionais que formem soft skills nos alunos. O artigo é dedicado às soft skills, necessárias para jovens especialistas em início de carreira profissional. Os objetivos do estudo foram: determinar a composição ideal de soft skills, mais procuradas pelos empregadores; avaliar a sua importância para o início bem-sucedido da carreira profissional dos jovens engenheiros; revelar os principais problemas da formação de soft skills no processo educativo. As conclusões formuladas podem ser usadas para melhorar a formação universitária de jovens especialistas competentes no mercado de trabalho no ambiente BANI
