Regulação Estatal da Eco-Inovação: Análise de Experiências Mundiais

Hoje, torna-se cada vez mais evidente que a qualidade de vida da população em diferentes regiões do país depende, em grande medida, do estado do meio ambiente. Consequentemente, a gestão da qualidade ambiental implica, indiretamente, na gestão da qualidade de vida humana. Nessas condições, a implementação de sistemas de gestão de qualidade e sistemas de gestão ambiental está gradualmente se tornando economicamente viável. Nas últimas décadas, a relação entre a sociedade e o meio ambiente tem se tornado cada vez mais tensa, configurando uma ameaça real de catástrofe ambiental global. Para evitar crises ambientais globais e locais, é necessário mudar o modelo de desenvolvimento tecnogênico para um modelo sustentável. Esse tipo de desenvolvimento permite atender às necessidades atuais da sociedade sem comprometer a capacidade das gerações futuras de atenderem às suas próprias necessidades. O objetivo do estudo é mostrar a relevância e a necessidade de introduzir o desenvolvimento inovador da economia de gestão ambiental e da "economia verde" na prática, além de desenvolver os princípios de participação efetiva do estado na esfera da inovação nos países da União Europeia, por meio de métodos de regulação estatal, e explorar a possibilidade de aplicar essa experiência na República do Cazaquistão.
