AVALIANDO DIFICULDADES DE APRENDIZAGEM NA ELABORAÇÃO DE ESTRUTURAS ANALÍTICAS DE PROJETOS (EAPs)

Resumo

Existe uma demanda cada vez maior pelo aprendizado e experiência em gerenciamento de projetos e de formas não-triviais para ensinar aqueles que ainda não possuem experiência na área. O ensino deve promover um embasamento teórico sólido, sobretudo nas boas práticas e processos do PMBoK, assim como capacidade de executar apropriadamente as ferramentas e técnicas definidas neste documento. Um dos processos que alunos de graduação pós-graduação tem apresentado maior dificuldade é a elaboração da EAP. Este trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar tais difiuldades e propor mecanismos para reduzí-las, aumentado a qualidade deste artefato gerado pelos alunos. Os resultados mostraram que os alunos em geral apresentam dificuldade em representar o escopo total do projeto e em decompor os entregáveis até o nível apropriado
