Today it is becoming more and more obvious that the quality of life of the population of different regions of the country largely depends on the state of the environment. Consequently, the management of the state of environmental quality indirectly entails the management of the quality of human life. In such conditions, the introduction of quality management systems and environmental management systems is gradually becoming economically profitable. Over the past decades, the relationship between society and the environment has become increasingly strain, becoming a real threat of a global environmental catastrophe. To prevent global and local environmental crises, it is necessary to change the techno genic type of development to a sustainable one. This type of development allows us to meet the current needs of society, but does not jeopardize the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. The purpose of the study is to show the relevance and necessity of introducing the innovative development of the economy of nature management and the "green economy" into practice, and to develop the principles of effective state participation in the innovation sphere in the countries of the European Union by the methods of state regulation, as well as the possibility of applying this experience in the Republic of Kazakhstan.References
