Learning theories and marketing innovation in educational event niches: an integrated Know-How approach

This is a descriptive article, of the educational and professional project type, on the area of technology in education, in the time period of 2015-2025, in the city of Manaus (AM), aiming to discuss the application of the Learning Theories methodology in the event market, because the author, in his development and skill journey, identified this gap in the personas that dialogued with his themes and products. With that, learning theories were used to deepen the content with the practice of know-how. The text addresses the Learning Zones, brings a peculiarity of events and the application of agile methods.
