The study highlights the importance of preventing burnout syndrome, emotional resilience and creating a supportive work environment. It also explores stress management strategies and how systemic changes in the school environment can contribute to the long-term sustainability of special educators' mental health. Finally, the article offers recommendations for practice, including needed support from school administrators and other stakeholders. According to the results we can said that the work of special educators is extremely demanding and requires strong professional commitment and personal resilience. Despite challenging conditions, many special educators find their work a source of fulfilment and a sense of meaning, confirming the profound importance of their role in the education system. This research has highlighted that the conditions in which these educators work should be carefully monitored and that systematic support aimed at their long-term wellbeing needs to be developed.
