Equilíbrio Emocional e Reinvenção Docente durante a Pandemia da Covid-19

O objetivo deste artigo foi verificar as influências da regulação emocional, resiliência, autoestima, desempenho em informática na autoeficácia do docente de Ensino Superior em tempos de Pandemia da COVID-19. A pesquisa contou com 161 professores universitários, de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior com sede em Mossoró, que retornaram o questionário do tipo Likert respondido. Foram utilizadas estatísticas descritivas e equações estruturais para análise dos dados. Como resultados foram confirmadas as hipóteses, neste caso, a regulação emocional influência a resiliência, que se relaciona com a autoestima, que está positivamente correlacionada com a autoeficácia do professor. Também foi confirmado que a habilidade em informática contribui para elevar a autoeficácia. As contribuições deste estudo estão na investigação do processo de ensino e aprendizagem em tempos de Pandemia da COVID-19 e a confiança dos docentes em realizar suas tarefas, em novo ambiente, fora da sala de aula, pelo uso de plataformas digitais.Referências
